Chief of American Embassy
The Chief of the American Embassy was only interested in the Italian Constitution to make a comparison with the American Constitution. He wasn’t interested in writing or grammar. He stayed for 1 week and left with the specific knowledge and confidence he needed to do his job.
Finnish journalist
This Finnish journalist was primarily interested in the social dynamics in Italy. For instance, the role of the woman in family and jobs and work world. After some consultation I was able to make a specialised language course centred around her interests.
19 yr old Swiss student
This student was preparing a very important examination about Italian culture. I designed a course where we could learn the language whilst exploring the influence of the Mafia, of Dante Alighieri comedies, and so on.
